Our business name ShumbaSync was carefully chosen to represent our values. Shumba is the Shona word for lion - courageous, fierce and protective. Sync means perfectly aligned - mutual understanding, respect and cooperative teamwork. This vision is perfectly mirrored in the personalities and characters of Pierre and Erica. As a married couple, as a business team, and as mentors, their focus and vision remain the same: Loyal protection, alignment of vision and working together towards a mutual goal.
